Quality Assurance Process

J & B Hartigan Inc. integrates the Quality Assurance at the beginning of a project lifecycle and extends it across every phase of our projects. Our methodology is based on early advance planning, assignment of qualified staff resources equipped with the right tools and supported by solid fundamental program and project management techniques.  Our QA process is designed to prevent, reduce, or eliminate costly re-work that might impact our ability to perform on time, within budget.

Quality Assurance promotes the delivery of work products by minimizing the necessity for costly re-work.  Through Quality Planning, Quality Control and Continuous Process Improvement, we delivery accurate products on time, within budget and repeatable processes. Our senior leadership conducts quarterly project reviews that focus specifically on Quality Assurance. We apply lessons learned and embrace an ITIL Service Delivery and Continuous Process Improvement mentality on every project and task.
